Saginaw Library and Senior Center

Scope:

Saginaw was preparing for a combined library and senior center designed to meet the needs of its growing population. The library would span two stories, while the senior center would occupy 10,000 square feet on a single level. Located across from City Hall, the new facility would include modern technology, a multi purpose room, a fitness center, and arts and crafts areas, serving as a community space for social connection and learning. Our team provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering for the Saginaw Library and Senior Center. The project covered 40,000 square feet with a project value of $25,900,000.
