Pump Station 24 White Rock Critical Operations Command Center

Scope:

Dallas Water Utilities’ own project description identified this space as a critical operations command center for the city’s water system, not simply an office renovation. Our team performed a complete gut and remodel of the third floor of Dallas Water Utilities’ Pump Station 24 on White Rock Lake, replacing mechanical equipment that was well beyond its useful life expectancy with new equipment tied into the building’s existing chilled water system. Our scope also included electrical construction drawings for pump station equipment, replacement of emergency lights and exits, and revision of an existing electrical switchboard that had been bus tapped because replacement breakers, serving the obsolete panel were unavailable. The project was delivered design build with no MEP change orders.
