Scope:

CUDD’s industrial campuses included chemical storage and process support buildings, making ventilation and utility protection important design considerations. Our team provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for two CUDD Energy Services campuses in Fruita, Colorado, and Vilonia, Arkansas. The combined $24 million program included offices, shops, coil tubing facilities, chemical storage and laboratories, training areas, and fuel and process support buildings. Electrical equipment addressed hazardous and corrosive conditions in selected areas. Mechanical design provided exhaust ventilation matched to chemical uses, while plumbing included acid neutralization and sand and oil separation to protect municipal sewer systems.
