Scope:

Eminent Medical Center Commissioning focused on how building systems performed when they were put to use. Our team performed commissioning of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for the 26,000 square feet Eminent Medical Center in Richardson, Texas, including emergency generator start up, transfer, and load testing. The scope also included lighting functional testing, HVAC unit startup and testing, and overall system installation verification, completed in 2016. Commissioning considerations included equipment startup, control sequences, functional testing, and coordination of deficiencies with the construction team. The review connected system operation with the needs of occupied spaces and facility staff.
