Scope:

A new single story fire station with a mezzanine, sized to house six person shifts across three apparatus bays. The design included a vehicle fueling station, a complete building diesel standby generator, a variable refrigerant flow HVAC system, and an alerting system. Our team provided mechanical, electrical, fire protection, technology, plumbing, security, and audio visual engineering for the $2,500,000, 6,500 square foot station, completed in 2018.
