Parker County Emergency Service District No. 7 Fire Station

Scope:

A full MEP design for a new 8,120 square feet fire station near Weatherford, Texas, built on a much tighter than usual construction budget due to its rural location. Mechanical design used gas fired propane split systems with direct expansion cooling. Plumbing used a recirculating hot water system and a septic system since no municipal sewer was available, and electrical design included full interior and exterior lighting with the capability to connect a portable generator or a future on site generator. Our team delivered the $750,000 design within the original construction budget, completed in 2012.
