Scope:

Staff needs and the flow of daily operations guided our work at George Allen Sr. Courts Building. Our team provided engineering design for the George Allen Sr. Courts Building in downtown Dallas. The assignment was completed in 2020 and supported the county’s court facilities. For courtrooms, judicial offices, public waiting areas, and secure support spaces, the design considered ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting, and the utility connections needed for daily use. Layouts accounted for the different demands of occupied rooms, equipment areas, and support functions.
