Scope:

Construction ran from June 2022 to July 2023, delivering a two story station with three and a half apparatus bays. Our team provided engineering for Duncanville Fire Station No. 1, a $7 million, 16,664 square foot new facility built as part of the city’s 2018 bond program. The station included an ICC 500 rated storm shelter and an emergency operations center, giving the city a resilient hub for both daily fire and rescue operations and emergency management during severe weather events. The project value was $7,000,000.
