At UT Southwestern West Campus Building 3 Lobby Renovation, building systems were closely tied to the way care was delivered. Our team provided engineering for the lobby renovation of UT Southwestern’s West Campus Building 3 in Dallas, Texas. The $1,813,454 project renovated 5,515 square feet of space, with construction running from July 2020 through May 2021. The renovated space included a redesigned lobby and reception area, a blood draw suite, and a café, giving patients and visitors an updated and more welcoming entry point to the building’s clinical services.
