Scope:

JPS Health Network IDIQ Facility Renovations brought treatment spaces, support rooms, and daily clinical operations into the engineering work. Our team had served as an on call engineering consultant to JPS Health Network since at least 2005, completing more than 30 individual task orders across the health system’s Fort Worth and Arlington facilities beyond its larger, individually named building projects. That work had included the 2005 Stop 6 Clinic addition and renovation (45,000 square feet, $350,000) and the 2016 renovation of the hospital’s ambulance bay exhaust system (110,000 square feet, $200,000). Additional task orders had covered nuclear medicine and imaging equipment installations, biomedical engineering office space, central plant and generator work, parking garage design, tower and floor renovations, and the ongoing Arlington DSHA renovation program, valued between $1 million and $30 million since 2011.
