Scope:

Parkland IDIQ Facility Renovations put the needs of patients and staff at the center of building systems planning. Our team had served as an on call engineering consultant to Parkland Health & Hospital System, completing numerous individual task orders across the health system’s Dallas campus beyond its larger, individually named building projects. That work had included a 2017 Breast Center renovation, mammography suite and pharmacy warehouse buildouts, and renovations to the peritoneal dialysis, phlebotomy, and apheresis departments. Additional task orders had covered chiller replacements, operating room renovations, emergency department air handler replacements, a second floor CT scanner installation, and clinic buildouts at Parkland’s Garland Community Oriented Primary Care location, reflecting a continuing engineering relationship across the health system’s many clinical spaces.
