Scope:

The DCCCD Eastfield College Central Utility Plant scope included heating, cooling, and power distribution infrastructure supporting the 244 acre campus’s academic and administrative buildings. Our team provided mechanical and electrical engineering for the central utility plant at Eastfield College, part of the Dallas County Community College District, in Mesquite, Texas. Design priorities included equipment layout, capacity, maintenance access, controls, and connections to the existing utility infrastructure. Mechanical planning addressed pumping, distribution, and operation of the heating or cooling systems. Electrical planning addressed equipment loads, distribution capacity, and the sequence of service connections.
