Scope:

The work at Texas Juvenile Justice Department Ron Jackson Complex centered on the infrastructure supporting staff and daily operations. Our team provided facility renovation engineering at the Texas Juvenile Justice Department’s Ron Jackson Complex in Brownwood, Texas, a juvenile correctional facility operated by the state agency. The renovation scope addressed building infrastructure systems across the campus in support of the facility’s continued secure operations. For courtrooms, judicial offices, public waiting areas, and secure support spaces, the design considered ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting, and the utility connections needed for daily use. Layouts accounted for the different demands of occupied rooms, equipment areas, and support functions.
