Scope:

Major occupied campus expansion and renovation of Craig Hospital’s West Building. The program included approximately 109,000 square feet of renovation and an 88,000 square feet four story addition, converted multi patient rooms to private rooms, expanded outpatient and patient support areas, and incorporated a therapy garden and green roof while maintaining hospital operations. The project included approximately 197,000 square feet affected, including 109,000 square foot renovation and 88,000 square feet addition with a project value of $65M initial construction value; Our team portfolio page reported approximately $90M.
