Scope:

The Parkview Medical Center Boiler Plant project included approximately 1,750 gross square feet with a project value of $2M. Our team supported the PMC Boiler Plant project in Colorado. New boiler plant supporting Parkview Medical Center with mechanical and electrical infrastructure designed for reliability and future expansion. Electrical scope included distribution and grounding, emergency generator integration, equipment power, lighting, fire alarm and pathways for temperature controls. Design priorities included equipment layout, capacity, maintenance access, controls, and connections to the existing utility infrastructure. Mechanical planning addressed pumping, distribution, and operation of the heating or cooling systems. Electrical planning addressed equipment loads, distribution capacity, and the sequence of service connections.
