Scope:

Laboratory work at University of Northern Colorado Gray Hall Mechanical Systems Replacement required close attention to utilities, environmental conditions, and equipment layouts. Our team provided mechanical engineering for UNC, Gray Hall Mechanical Systems Replacement, serving University of Northern Colorado. The mechanical scope covered the equipment replacement. Spaces considered in the design included laboratories, equipment rooms, preparation areas, and research support spaces. For mechanical systems, we considered laboratory supply and exhaust air, pressure relationships, and equipment heat loads.
