Scope:

Existing conditions and future needs guided the planning work for CDPHE Laboratory Services Building Test Fit. Our team provided mechanical engineering for CDPHE, Laboratory Services Building Test Fit, serving Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. Our planning considered laboratories, equipment rooms, preparation areas, and research support spaces, including equipment capacity, existing infrastructure, and opportunities for renewal. Our planning evaluated space needs and utility interfaces to inform future design decisions.
