Covidien Office Lab Building tied research and teaching needs to the practical requirements of laboratory systems. Our team provided mechanical engineering for Covidien, Office Lab Building. The design considered laboratories, equipment rooms, preparation areas, and research support spaces. Our mechanical planning focused on laboratory supply and exhaust air, pressure relationships, and equipment heat loads.
