Scope:

Gilead Lab Remodel put laboratory environments and their supporting infrastructure at the center of the work. Our team provided mechanical and electrical engineering for Gilead, Lab Remodel, serving Gilead Sciences. Spaces considered in the design included laboratories, equipment rooms, preparation areas, and research support spaces. For mechanical systems, we considered laboratory supply and exhaust air, pressure relationships, and equipment heat loads. The electrical approach accounted for instrument power, laboratory lighting, and distribution coordinated with equipment layouts.
