Scope:

GSA AHU Rebuild Design Project Byron Rogers Courthouse called for close coordination between operational spaces and building services. Our team provided mechanical and electrical engineering for GSA, AHU Rebuild Design Project, Byron Rogers Courthouse. The planning included courtrooms, judicial offices, public waiting areas, and secure support spaces. Mechanical planning addressed quiet HVAC operation and separate zoning for public and secure areas. For electrical systems, we considered courtroom lighting, equipment power, and electrical support for audiovisual use.
