Scope:

Westminster, helped lay legal groundwork later cited in Brown v. Our team supported DISD Sylvia Mendez Elementary School at 1515 N Jim Miller Rd, Dallas, TX 75217. The school is named for Sylvia Mendez, the civil rights advocate whose family’s 1947 desegregation case, Mendez v. Board of Education. For classrooms, collaboration areas, administration, and student support spaces, the design considered ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting, and the utility connections needed for daily use. Layouts accounted for the different demands of occupied rooms, equipment areas, and support functions.
