Scope:

Resident comfort and shared daily activities guided the building systems approach at TDCJ Bachelor Officer Quarters Amarillo. Our team supported the TDCJ Bachelor Officer Quarters Amarillo project. For resident rooms, shared lounges, laundry areas, corridors, and building support spaces, the design considered ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting, and the utility connections needed for daily use. Layouts accounted for the different demands of occupied rooms, equipment areas, and support functions.
