Scope:

Assignments included renovation and restoration of historic facilities, building system upgrades, and public space improvements. Our team provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, technology, and security engineering through the Fair Park IDIQ program. The work integrated new infrastructure within existing buildings while supporting events and public use across the campus. The building systems planning covered public gathering areas, circulation routes, recreation amenities, and site support facilities. The HVAC approach accounted for conditioning and ventilation of enclosed park support spaces. Our power and lighting planning considered site and pathway lighting, equipment power, and outdoor electrical distribution. Plumbing planning addressed water service, irrigation interfaces, and drainage for public amenities.
