Scope:

The Sapphire Bay Marina project supported marina and waterfront recreation facilities at 9051 Marina Vista. Our team supported Sapphire Bay Marina at 9051 Marina Vista, Rowlett, TX 75088. For public gathering areas, circulation routes, recreation amenities, and site support facilities, the design considered ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting, and the utility connections needed for daily use. Layouts accounted for the different demands of occupied rooms, equipment areas, and support functions.
