Scope:

A kitchen and approximately 17,000 square feet of lounge and dining space shape the JPMorgan Chase lounge renovation in DFW’s Terminal D. The DFW JPMC Lounge program includes an approximately 2,000 square foot kitchen and 17,000 square feet of lounge and dining space. Our team supported the lounge renovation. For passenger seating, dining and service areas, restrooms, and lounge support rooms, the design considers ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting, and the utility connections needed for daily use. Layouts account for the different demands of occupied rooms, equipment areas, and support functions.
