Scope:

Buckley Air Force Base’s housing program included 385 units, a community center, and a clubhouse. Our team worked with the Department of Defense in Colorado on Buckley Air Force Base Personnel Housing. The approximately $20 million project included HVAC, electrical and plumbing design for 385 housing units, a community center and clubhouse, with residential HVAC systems designed around direct expansion equipment and electric heating. The installation near Aurora and Denver, Colorado has long supported space surveillance and intelligence missions, and reliable on base family housing is an important part of supporting the personnel who staff those operations. The project value was $20,000,000.
