Scope:

The UT Austin Sanchez Classroom Renovation scope included replacement lighting and electrical fixtures, removal of floor outlets, and HVAC changes connecting dedicated supply and return grilles to the existing ductwork. Our team supported the Sanchez Classroom Renovation. The existing projector was to be removed during construction and reinstalled. Our mechanical planning focused on zoning and ventilation for spaces with different occupancy schedules. Electrical planning addressed instructional lighting, equipment power, and accessible receptacle locations.
