Scope:

MEP design for an office building, serving the city of Southlake municipal department. Our team supported Southlake Municipal Service Center at 1950 E. Continental Blvd. Consisting of 3 separate buildings on the property, the office building was separate from a maintenance building that had vehicle maintenance bays as well as offices, restrooms, and locker room. Southlake is one of the more affluent suburbs in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex, and this service center supported the city’s public works and fleet maintenance operations.
