Scope:

Terrell, a Kaufman County community east of Dallas, has grown its fire department infrastructure to keep pace with the area’s development. Our team supported Terrell Fire Station #3 in Rexel Court, Terrell, TX. New ground up fire station with bunk rooms, admin areas, and apparatus bays. For apparatus bays, firefighter living quarters, training areas, and equipment support spaces, the design considers ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting, and the utility connections needed for daily use. Layouts account for the different demands of occupied rooms, equipment areas, and support functions.
