Scope:

The Trinity Industries Corporate Headquarters program included executive offices, general office space, collaboration areas, and employee support facilities. Our team supported Trinity Industries’ corporate headquarters project in Dallas. For resident rooms, shared lounges, laundry areas, corridors, and building support spaces, the design considered ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting, and the utility connections needed for daily use. Layouts accounted for the different demands of occupied rooms, equipment areas, and support functions.
