Scope:

Renovation of the Music Hall was part of our building systems work across the historic Fair Park campus. The project covered 75,300 square feet with a project value of $2,000,000. For public gathering areas, circulation routes, recreation amenities, and site support facilities, the design considered ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting, and the utility connections needed for daily use. Layouts accounted for the different demands of occupied rooms, equipment areas, and support functions.
