Scope:

The entire HVAC system of Craig Hospital’s 1969 patient building was replaced, covering about 56,000 square feet on three floors and a basement. Our team provided master planning for a multi-phase replacement and upgrade strategy, followed by design, construction administration, and post-construction services. Our team provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering for the project.
