Scope:

A tenant fit-up for the FeRx Pharmaceutical Company at the Fitzsimons Bioscience Building I in Aurora created Class 1,000 and Class 10,000 clean room spaces, a dedicated rooftop unit for FDA validation, and general wet and dry labs with process exhaust. Our team provided mechanical and electrical engineering for the project.
