Scope:

Monument Academy is a new three-story K-8 charter school in Monument, the only charter school in Lewis Palmer District 38. It includes classrooms, a gymnasium, a cafeteria, and administrative offices, was built with recycled and reused materials, and uses daylight harvesting in every classroom. Our team provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering for the project.
