Scope:

The former Pinkston High School was adapted for West Dallas STEM Academy, with classrooms, laboratories, and learning courtyards guiding the renovation. Our team supported conversion of the former Pinkston High School into Dallas ISD’s West Dallas STEM Academy for prekindergarten through eighth grade. The $35 million renovation covered approximately 175,000 square feet. The broader program updated classrooms, the entrance, athletics spaces, and roofing and created STEM laboratories and learning courtyards.
