Scope:

Geothermal HVAC was one of the defining engineering features of Dallas ISD’s Ebby Halliday Elementary School. Our team provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, IT, audiovisual, and fire protection design for Dallas ISD’s Ebby Halliday Elementary School. The $16 million, 96,196 square foot campus was designed for 810 students. The mechanical design used geothermal wells for the HVAC system to reduce energy use compared with a conventional system.
