Scope:

Converting electrical distribution from a radial system to a loop was one of the assignments at the Seagoville Federal Correctional Institute. Our team developed construction phasing to limit service interruptions within the operating campus. The work formed part of a five year Federal Bureau of Prisons IDIQ contract in which we served as prime consultant, providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, IT, fire protection, architectural, structural, and civil services. The project record listed 550,000 square feet and a value of $15 million.
