Scope:

Rebuilding after the 2016 hailstorm brought police, fire administration, dispatch, and municipal court spaces into the Wylie renovation and expansion. Our team supported renovation and expansion of the Wylie Public Safety Building and Courts following damage from the 2016 hailstorm. The $13 million project included an 18,000 square foot addition within a 50,000 square foot facility. The project schedule addressed the temporary displacement of these departments.
