Scope:

McDermott Center for Human Growth and Development at UT Southwestern Medical Center brought treatment spaces, support rooms, and daily clinical operations into the engineering work. Our team supported renovation of McDermott Center for Human Growth and Development at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. The project covered 75,000 square feet. For patient care rooms, treatment areas, clinical support spaces, and staff work areas, the design considered ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting, and the utility connections needed for daily use. Layouts accounted for the different demands of occupied rooms, equipment areas, and support functions.
