Scope:

Our Tarrant County College IDIQ assignments ranged from site lighting and classroom power to hydronic systems, pumps, and boilers. Our team provided design, construction documents, and construction administration through the Tarrant County College District IDIQ program. The team reviewed existing drawings and equipment submittals, met with campus maintenance staff, and evaluated equipment options against the budget. An indoor pool assignment required construction phasing to keep the surrounding athletic complex in operation. Other electrical work included data and power floor boxes for student desks in a 15,000 square foot renovation.
