Scope:

Primary mechanical scope of work was to replace the existing outdated equipment with new energy efficient systems capable of meeting all building needs. New HVAC systems were designed to provide economizer air, when possible, for energy savings. In addition, Our team added life safety to the building (fire protection and egress stairwell). New fire sprinkler piping was added to each space along with a new fire pump to provide the required flow. The project covered 13,500 square feet with a project value of $1,000,000.
