Help make sure buildings perform the way they were designed. As a Commissioning Agent, you will plan and lead commissioning for new construction and renovation projects, including hospitals, schools, airports and public facilities. You will review designs and submittals, develop commissioning plans and functional test procedures, witness equipment start-up and testing of HVAC, building automation, plumbing, electrical and life-safety systems, track issues to resolution, and prepare clear commissioning reports for owners.
