Position Overview:
As an Electrical Engineer at MultiPoint, you will design power distribution, lighting, fire alarm and other electrical systems for hospitals, airports, schools, universities and public facilities. You will plan and lead projects from concept through construction, perform load calculations and equipment selections, prepare drawings and specifications, and coordinate with clients, architects and the rest of the MEP team.
Experienced candidates will also mentor junior engineers and support quality control across the project team. You will work closely with a project manager and help keep our designs current with codes and industry standards.
Qualifications:
B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
PE license preferred; EIT candidates are encouraged to apply.
Experience designing electrical systems for commercial, institutional or healthcare buildings.
Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.
