Position Overview:
Do you enjoy designing the networks and systems that make modern buildings work? As a Technology Engineer, you will design structured cabling, telecommunications, audio-visual, distributed antenna (DAS), digital signage and IPTV systems for smart buildings across Texas and Colorado. You will prepare drawings and specifications, coordinate technology rooms and pathways with the design team, and support your projects through construction. Previous experience at an A/E firm is a plus but not required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience designing structured cabling, telecommunications and audio-visual systems.
BICSI RCDD, AVIXA CTS or similar certifications are a plus.
Proficiency with Revit or AutoCAD, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.
