Scope:

A culinary arts center remodel converted existing dining and warehouse space into a new culinary arts program for Adams 12 Five Star Schools. The remodel created a commercial-style kitchen along with dining, classroom, and office space. Systems included rooftop heating and cooling units, kitchen hoods with exhaust and make-up air, a hydronic heating system, and domestic hot water. Our team provided mechanical, electrical, and fire protection engineering for the project.
