Scope:

Our team assessed the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems at the historic Adolphus Hotel in Dallas, Texas. The survey field verified, categorized, and photographed the condition of equipment and identified code violations and immediate repair and replacement needs. It provided capital and maintenance costs over a 20-year outlook with prioritization. The equipment included water cooled chillers, cooling towers, pumps, packaged rooftop units, split systems, air handlers, fan coil units, domestic hot water heaters, and boilers.
