Scope:

Laboratory work at Amgen AC 7 Lab Renovations required close attention to utilities, environmental conditions, and equipment layouts. Our team provided mechanical and electrical engineering for Amgen, AC 7 Lab Renovations. Spaces considered in the design included laboratories, equipment rooms, preparation areas, and research support spaces. For mechanical systems, we considered laboratory supply and exhaust air, pressure relationships, and equipment heat loads. The electrical approach accounted for instrument power, laboratory lighting, and distribution coordinated with equipment layouts.
