Scope:

This new two-story corporate center in Boulder served as the headquarters for Amgen Colorado, a leading biotechnology company. The building combined offices with a computer center, conference and seminar rooms, a two-story atrium and lobby, a library, a cafeteria, and locker rooms. Systems included a water-cooled chiller plant with provisions for future expansion. Our team provided mechanical, electrical, and fire protection engineering for the project.
