Scope:

Humidity control, sound control, and limited mechanical space shaped the Porter Henderson Library addition at Angelo State University. Our team provided mechanical and electrical design for the addition to Angelo State University’s Porter Henderson Library. The HVAC design connected new air handling units and variable air volume systems to the campus chilled water and hot water plant. Electrical work included a service entrance upgrade, a new main distribution panel, transformers, panelboards, and power for lighting, HVAC, and computer equipment. Construction services included bid review, shop drawing review, site visits, payment application review, and final punch lists. The project covered 45,000 square feet with a construction value of $7.5 million.
