Scope:

In 2012, the HVAC systems in Colorado Community College System Building 758 were upgraded to improve operation, efficiency, and comfort control. The work replaced the central air handling equipment, terminal zone distribution, and controls, converting the original dual duct system to a variable air volume system with hydronic reheat. Our team provided mechanical and electrical engineering for the project.
